To make a reservation you must send us an email to info@artistiesportivinettuno.it and / or  fax (06 - 9888394) specifying dates of arrival and departure, number of rooms, number of people, telephone number.

Once availability has been checked for the requested dates, you will receive confirmation by e-mail  and / or fax with indication of all services, price of the room (s) per night as well as the payment methods (deposit and / or balance)

As soon as the payment (deposit and / or balance) has been made, the Customer must send us a copy of the receipt by e-mail i nfo@artistiesportivinettuno.it  and / or by fax at 06 - 9888394.

Upon receipt of the payment receipt, an e-mail confirming the reservation requested by the Client will be sent and only then the reservation will be considered valid.

For reservations under date (03 days prior to arrival) a credit card number will be required as a guarantee. In the event of a No-Show (no show), the "La Casa degli Artisti" facility can take the entire amount of the booked stay from the credit card given as guarantee.

The payment of the balance of the stay is in any case due upon arrival at the Reception at the time of check-in.

​

At the time of booking, a deposit equal to 50% of the entire stay will be required by:

1 - bank transfer; 2 - postepay; 3 - postal order.

For a stay of 1 (one) night, the deposit will be equivalent to the full amount of the cost of the room.

The rate is per room not per person and includes taxes and breakfast.

The rate does not include any city tax to be paid locally upon arrival at the Reception at the time of check in.

For each additional towel requested, the cost of the same is € 2.00.

Breakfast will be served in the Reception area from 08.00 to 10.00

​

Check-in is from 16.00 to 20.00, unless otherwise agreed. Check-out by 10.00. If the room is not vacated for this time, another day will be charged.

​

If the check-in takes place after 20.00, a supplement will be paid as specified below:

1 - until 22.00  €  10.00

2 - until 24.00  €  20.00

3 - until 01.00  €  30.00

4 - after 01.00 closed  

Upon arrival, the customer must leave a deposit of € 50.00 (fifty), for n. 1 (one) room as a deposit for any damage or shortages. The deposit will be returned upon departure after checking the room. In case of failure to return the keys, "La Casa degli Artisti" will take the sum of the amount from the customer's credit card.  € 30.00 (thirty) as the cost of the keys and / or to request this amount directly from the customer.

In case of cancellation up to 10  days before the arrival date, no penalty will be applied. Therefore the deposit paid will be returned by bank transfer or postal order, net of expenses. For cancellations from 09 days onwards, the deposit paid will be retained in full.

In case of booking and / or cancellation of several rooms, these will be treated individually, in application of the above rules.

​

Cancellation notices must be sent by e-mail and / or fax and confirmed by the same means.

​

In the event of a No-Show (the customer does not show up), the deposit paid will be withheld in full. For bookings under date, in case of no show, the full amount of the stay will be charged on the credit card given as guarantee by the customer.

If the room is left before the expiry of the stay, no amount of the paid amount will be refunded.

During the offer period, the bathroom and / or bedroom linen is not changed. If new towels are requested, the cost is € 2.00 per n. 1 towel and € 5 for each sheet. The day of the promotion only includes accommodation.

The offer is valid, only and exclusively, for those who book directly with our structure.  

While respecting animals, they are not allowed in the structure.  

It is forbidden to let friends, relatives and / or other people who are not staying at the hotel into the rooms. If people who are not communicated to the police station enter, it will be the responsibility of only the customers who have allowed their entry.

Only registered guests are allowed in the guest rooms. Art 109 of the TULPS (Consolidated Law on Public Safety) states that ".... the hotelier can only give accommodation to people with an identification document".  

It is forbidden to introduce and / or light electric and / or gas stoves in the rooms.

The customer is required to comply with the provisions of the Internal Regulations deposited in the Reception and / or in the rooms.

The court of Velletri is competent for any dispute between the parties
